Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information
Your right to opt out
Under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA) and similar state laws, residents have the right to opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of their personal information. Because our service refers your loan request to participating lenders, some data practices may be considered a "sale" or "sharing" under these laws.
You can ask us not to sell or share your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. Exercising this right will not let you use a loan-matching request in the normal way, since matching requires sharing your request with lenders — but you can still browse the site and read our guides.
How to submit a request
To opt out, or to make any other privacy request (access, correction or deletion), contact us through our contact page and include:
- Your full name and the email or phone number you used.
- The request type — for example, "Do Not Sell/Share", access, or deletion.
- The state you reside in.
Identity verification and authorized agents
To protect your information, we may need to verify your identity before acting on a request. You may also use an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf; we may ask the agent for proof of authorization and may still verify your identity directly.
We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of your privacy rights. For more on what we collect and how we use it, see our Privacy Policy.
